Assigning a chaos index for vacua of generic quantum field theories is a challenging problem. In this talk, the speaker will present the chaotic behavior of chiral condensates of a quantum gauge theory at strong coupling limit, which was found by using the AdS/CFT correspondence. This serves as an example of a quantum butterfly effect. He will also discuss the possible implication of the results.
This talk is a work in collaboration with Keiju Murata and Kentaroh Yoshida

The seminar is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.
