On-campus: Conference Lodge

Invited participants are highly recommended to stay on-campus, in particular the Conference Lodge, a hospitality facility located just a few steps away from Lo Ka Chung Building.

-	The Conference Lodge provides short-term on-campus accommodation for guests and visitors.
-	Rooms at the Conference Lodge are for single occupant only.
-	Daily room cleaning service is provided.
-	Complimentary breakfast, minibar beverage, free wired & Wi-Fi internet access and free local calls are included.

Reservations must be made through IAS and the Program Secretary will contact invited participants of the Program in due course for booking. Due to limited availability of on-campus accommodation, in some circumstances guests may be requested to stay off-campus. For enquiries, please contact us.

Off-campus: Hotels

You may choose to stay in a hotel during your visit. The following two hotels are located in Tseung Kwan O with about 10-minute taxi ride from HKUST, and a 45-minute drive from the Hong Kong International Airport.
